VF Engineering GT 28RS turbo conversion- This was the vehicle used for the prototyping of this kit. Tubular turbo manifold and all encompassing hardware has been hand made for this particular application. GIAC software upgrade - Matched performance for the turbo conversion ensuring proper air / fuel mixture all while controlling boost pressure levels. Air bypass tube – cleans up engine compartment from original configuration Techtonics tuning 2.5” Downpipe & exhaust system - Free flow design for proven performance. Dual exit modification made to exhaust system – the rear valance of choice requires the additional modification to the rear exhaust section to implement the dual tips. Custom painted engine accent parts by Zeak to bring the theme on our “industrial GTI” into the engine compartment. ABD Racing boost gauge bezel – Billet aluminum bezel Allows boost gauge location in a plain view position ABD Racing custom aluminum paneling (dirtyminds) – to complete the race look we opted for a change from industry standard for a full custom effect. Back of the seats are custom painted to match the car theme MOMO Shift knob & leather boot - Not as easy an install as it looks. Great looking part to compliment the rest of the interior Schroth Rallye 3A harness belts - Electronic release allows passengers to adjust seating position while the inertia wheels keeps thing sin place under load Custom painted gauge bezel and horn button by Zeak again to continue the theme throughout the vehicle ABD Racing roll cage (dirtyminds) – To further added structural reinforcement we designed a system that not only adds strength but great looks to the interior. Handmade for this vehicle Little J’s custom upholstery - Utilizing a silver carbon fiber look material Little J really out did himself with this project. Caractere full body kit - Complete package includes front bumper, rear valance and side skirts. Truly enhancing the GTI body while not disturbing the flow of the vehicle. Caractere sport grille - Open design with mesh inset for the added sport look . Caractere rear hatch blend - Attached to the lower portion of the rear hatch this lower blend  from fits the rear section as to appear as it is all one piece. Custom painted rear tail lamps - Slightly tinted with a different configuration than the O.E. part. The bare metal theme was once again carried over into this area of the GTI. West coast collision/Zeaks paint - Combined effort to make the bare metal industrial look finish on this project. Both teams pulled this off in 48hours start to finish! Headlamps - The original parts were cut open and the interior bezel was paint to match the exterior of the GTI. ABD Racing upper stress bar – Twin tube design that is Rigid mounted for reduced body flex. Hand made for this application. Eibach Stainless coil over suspension - Fully height adjustable allowing fine tuned adjustments per environment. Eibach sway bar package - anti roll package keeps body lean to a minimum ABD Racing cross drilled rear brake rotors – cross drilled rotors allow the heat gasses to escape the metallic surface ABD Racing stainless braided brake line set- More positive and firmer pedal than rubber units. Brembo front big brake kit - This 12.9” brake rotor is the ultimate in stopping power. These oversized brakes allow us to push the performance levels of this car while keeping safety in mind. Front and rear moveable suspension components were removed and custom painted body color for an extra enhanced underbody appearance iForged multi-piece wheels 19 x 8.5 – Custom made for this project with a grinder finish / polished lip Pirelli P Zero nero 235 . 35 x 19 sport tires – Awesome street performance with minimal road noise
