Terms and Conditions

Placing An Order

Orders can be placed over the phone, FAX, Email or through our web site. Any credit card order is subject to security clearance and an order may be held for any reason if we feel it necessary to do so in order to verify information regarding your account. Mail orders paid by cashier's check or certified bank check will ship immediately, if parts are available. If sending certified funds by mail please clearly include your full name, address, phone number and email (if applicable), year, make, model and engine/transmission of your vehicle. All parts are subject to a “back order” with no guaranteed delivery date. Back orders will be processed and will ship as soon as possible. If parts ordered are on back order for an abnormal length of time, we will contact you to discuss further options.

Disclaimer

ABD Racingwerks, Inc. offers certain High Performance, European and Race Only parts. These parts may not be legal for use on public roads and installation of these parts will make your car illegal to operate. At the time the order is placed the customer agrees not to hold ABD Racingwerks, Inc., or any principals or employees responsible or liable for any circumstance that may arise from using or installing any of these aforementioned parts. All High Performance, European and Race Only parts are strictly sold “AS IS” with no warranty or guarantee of responsibility. If you are unsure about these products check with your local laws before placing an order.

Shipping

We ship daily from our Riverside, California warehouse. We use UPS, FED-EX and a variety of private trucking companies.  Once a product has left our warehouse and is in the possession of the shipping firm, any claims must be made directly with that shipper. We can assist with most cases, ask your representative.

Guarantees

Some products offered carry a full warranty from the manufacturer (where applicable). All High Performance, European, Race Only parts are strictly sold “AS IS” with no warranty regarding function, fitment or legality.

Return

Only pre-authorized returns will be accepted. No returns after 7 days of receiving the merchandise. If you have a return item contact your salesperson for a “Return Authorization” number. All returns are subject to a -20% handling charge. Incorrect items will be replaced as soon as possible. Notify us immediately if there is a problem with your order. All returns must be in the original packaging and in new, re-saleable condition. All return items must be sent back via customer’s expense, excluding incorrect items in which case we will send a “call tag” to pick up these items.

Special order items, European spec parts and all electrical (headlamps, tail light, bulbs, gauges etc.) are non-returnable. All special orders can not be cancelled (check with your sales person) any parts featured in our advertisements, catalogs, brochures or web site and are not normally carried in our stocking inventory will constitute this item to be a special order.

Test fit all parts. ABD Racingwerks, Inc. is not liable for any mis-shipped items nor will we reimburse for any incurred labor charges from these incidences. Once parts are painted they are non-returnable. Please notify us if you have received any wrong items, we will work to correct the parts as soon as possible.

Sales Tax

All California residents are subject to thier area current sales tax.

Only out of state sales and California wholesale dealers with a state resale card on file are exempt.
